
500gr Mince
2 bay leaves
2 star anise
1 Onion Finely Sliced
1 cinnamon sticks
2 garlic pods crushed
2 tomatoes grated
Handful of peas
3 potatoes cubed
3tbsp Kamala’s Kashmiri spice
1tsp Kamala’s Organic Turmeric Spice
1tsp Kamala’s Garam Masala
Half a tsp Kamala’s Cumin Powder
Coriander
Oil
Salt to taste
In a large pot heat oil add sliced onion, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon sticks and crushed garlic.
Once the onions are translucent add Kamala’s spices, salt, grated tomatoes and stir, once the aroma is released add mince, peas and potatoes. Add half a cup of water and cook the curry till the potatoes are soft. Garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice or roti.
